BMS Consulting operates on a flat management structure with all stakeholders playing an important role in shaping the direction of our business. We are a highly experienced team of professional building services engineers with knowledge across all aspects of the sectors.
Our practice was established by our Andrew Schilling who has some 30 years industry experience, having held senior roles at Laing O'Rourke and delivered many large-scale projects,

Whilst we specialise in Building Mangement Systems and Smart Building solutions, we also have expert knowledge of all aspects of building services engineering.
We operate as both 'white cover' support service providers when working as sub-consultant or under direct appointments when providing client services.
BMS Consulting prides itself on developing young talent and is a corporate partner of the #GMYN charity which provides opportunities for young people.

Whilst, as our name suggests, we are experts in the field of Building Management Systems, our services and knowledge span a much broader spectrum.
We provide client services such as technical advisor role, expert witness and strategic development plan analysis.
We provide resident engineering services in major projects.
We develop specifications for specialist electronic systems such as fire alarms, BMS, smart buildings and access control.
We undertake system troubleshooting, commissioning support and management.
Our extensive project and client portfolio includes Astra Zeneca, Manchester City Council, Manchester City FC, Allied London and many more.
We are passionate about training and developing young talent.
